Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the SystoMax software platform, APIs, websites, applications, and related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, Clients and Users agree to comply with this AUP
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Uploading, storing, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code
- Attempting to breach, bypass, or circumvent security systems, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Platform
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without explicit written authorization
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Platform access or functionality without a written agreement
- Using the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Uploading illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
- Using the Platform in violation of export control or sanctions laws
- Registering accounts through automated means or creating multiple accounts to abuse system features
2. Data Integrity
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded, processed, or transmitted through the Platform is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading data is prohibited
3. Security Obligations
Clients and Users must
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Not share accounts or credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Report suspected security breaches immediately
- Use strong passwords and follow security best practices
- Not attempt to access another
4. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies. Prohibited API activities include
- Exceeding documented rate limits
- Using API credentials for unauthorized purposes
- Automated bulk data extraction without authorization
- Circumventing API authentication or restriction mechanisms
5. Content Standards
Users may not upload or distribute content that
- Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech or promotes violence
- Violates privacy or data protection laws
- Contains sensitive personal information without proper consent
6. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this AUP should be reported to SystoMax through official support channels
SystoMax reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, or legal action
7. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in
- Immediate suspension of Platform access
- Permanent termination of the account
- Data deletion as per the Data Retention policy
- Legal action and liability for damages
SystoMax has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Platform for compliance with this AUP
